Acacia may be a better choice, as its color ranges from yellow to brown, featuring a beautiful and varied grain pattern that is perfect for moonlit beach strolls, bonfire singalongs, and guaranteed to be a conversation starter in any performance setting. Typically, it's difficult to find this level of tuners on a ukulele that costs less than $80. These tuners, with their black tone, strong metallic texture, exquisite polishing, and gold-plated gears, are more commonly found on higher-priced, hand-crafted instruments with more rigorous craftsmanship. Instead of the usual 15:1 gears, we've changed the design to 18:1 gears and implemented a more rigorous production process to make the tuning smoother and locking easier. [BETTER TUNING MACHINE]
The clear fluoro-carbon strings used on our ukulele have a brighter overall tone compared to nylon strings. They may also last longer than their nylon counterparts and be somewhat easier to keep in standard ukulele tuning.
